In fact, I'm there right now, as a small business owner, wife and mom of three young children who’s living in a new town. I have lots of acquaintances, but no real deep friendships locally.
So, if you’ve been plagued with feelings of loneliness, you're not alone… In fact, the U.S. Surgeon General, earlier this year, declared that our nation is in a pandemic of loneliness & isolation!
In a world where we’re “connected” 24/7 online...we’re actually more disconnected than ever before.

- Hours are spent mindlessly scrolling social media, which instead of helping us feel real connection, frequently leaves us feeling inadequate.
- We’re attached to our phones– at home, in the office, in restaurants, while waiting in line, at stop lights….
- We're working from home, shopping from our couch, heck, we’re even getting groceries & meals delivered to our homes!
This is NOT how God designed us.
We're hardwired for connection and authentic, deep relationships with other human beings. Our ancestors lived in villages, where people worked together as a community. Everyone pitched in and supported one another. They knew what was going on in each other’s lives.
Today, though, we’ve been pulled apart. Divided. Isolated. And these 3 years post lockdowns have taken a toll on all of us.
In my prayer time, as I was lamenting my loneliness, God gave me a vision to help bring women together.
I want to invite you to join me in that vision.

Hi there! I'm Natasha Hazlett.
I’m hosting an event to bring together and connect deeply with my kind of people. Before I tell you about it, I want to open up and share the backstory with you...
This past summer, I took my three small kids to the pool, and as I looked around, I noticed that I was alone. Everyone had “their people.”
How did this even happen?!?
I’ll tell you…
It wasn’t always this way, but at 7 months pregnant with my twins, my family moved back home to Tennessee and settled in the quaint town of Franklin, just south of Nashville.
Between our business and raising our 3 children, I didn’t have time to connect with other women locally.
In January of 2020, I made a New Year's resolution to make friends...then the world shut down.
I recommitted myself to connecting with other women locally in 2021 and again in 2022…but when 2023 came around, I was still solo.
I came to the conclusion that it's hard making friends as an adult…but really, it shouldn’t be.
That's when the idea for Gather was placed on my heart.
As women, it can be so tempting to try to do it all ourselves. After all, the world celebrates and almost idolizes independence and “self-sufficiency”.
But we aren’t wired to journey through life solo…or even just with our nuclear family.
We need connection and community.
We need each other.
That’s why I’m hosting Gather. It is my heart’s greatest desire to fill your cup. (You pour into others every. single. day and it is my honor to serve you.) I want to help you...

Part “Mindset Jedi,” part “spiritual warrior,” Melissa’s jam is all about helping others to stop getting in the way of themselves and their blessings by breaking past emotional and mental road blocks to success. As an international speaker, Christ-centered life coach, and Master Trainer of Neuro-linguistic Programming (NLP), her mission is to empower others to understand they are more than their issues, and to recognize their God-given talents to carry out their life’s calling.
She has a Master’s degree in Organizational Psychology and utilizes a unique combination of NLP, hypnotherapy, positive psychology, and principles to be in harmony with oneself, God, and others; while tapping into the amazing ability to remove obstacles and “untruths” from the subconscious.
It’s through these techniques, along with her faith, that she has overcome a variety of insecurities, self-sabotage, holding herself back in her business, and even health issues; and is here to teach you how you can, too.

Renee recently completed nearly twenty years as the chief executive officer of a faith-based women’s pregnancy clinic. Prior to that she was on the executive staff at a church in Connecticut right outside NYC.
She currently is coaching executive leaders/board members of small businesses and nonprofits. Renee is also a speaker and writer throughout the region on topics like unplanned pregnancy, effects of abortion, creating healthy relationships, the impact of co-dependency, lack of worthiness, and most of all…hope!
While she enjoys consulting and training, Renee has a passion to create sacred space for people to show up with their brokenness and humanity. She is lovingly called the #hopecoach.
She is also a certified Circle Group Facilitator, Barre & Fitness Instructor and active in her home church. She enjoys teaching fitness that focuses on mind/body/spirit both onsite and online. She lives in Franklin, TN with her dog Miss Faith and is an aunt to many nieces and nephews!
